Structural description of summer houses and tool sheds :
Rounded trunk assembly set:
Outer walls and partitions 11 cm or 16 cm ø made from air-dried, if required, kiln-post-dried, winter-fallen native spruce trunks, with our patent-protected longitudinal and corner joints, incl. all holes for inserting threaded rods.
Flooring:
Floor frame made from mortised squared timber with dovetail joint, boiler-pressure impregnated or natural, floor groove and springboards 24 mm thick, porch flooring larch boards or boiler-pressure impregnated boards 24 mm thick
Roof truss:
Ridge roof approx. 16-18° roof angle, intermediate wooden blocks for the ridge and rafter made from dried rounded wood, clean-integrated in the walls, rafters made from squared timber – rafters made from rounded wood on request (4% surcharge on the set price)
Roof:
Roof boards 19 mm groove and springboards, dual windboards, 1 layer of roofing paper, 1 layer of bitumen shingles
Gutter:
Wooden gutter 11 or 13 cm ø boiler-pressure impregnated, incl. hand-forged galvanised bracket
Doors:
High-quality carpenter spruce doors, sheeting on both sides, door window upon request (extra charge), with stable linings
Windows:
High-quality carpenter spruce doors with normal glass and folding shutters made from spruce, with stable linings
Fixing material:
Continuous threaded rods, screws, nails, window shutter retainers
Surcharge on floor insulation, roof insulation etc. included (only possible with roof tiles):
