Structural description of residential blockhouses:
Rounded trunk Assembly kit: Outer walls and partitions made from air-dried, if required, kiln post-dried, winter-cut native spruce trunks, with our patent-protected protected longitudinal and corner joints, incl. all holes for inserting electric cables and threaded rods as well as the required sealing tapes. For all the door and window opening, T-boards on both sides, arranged in a perpendicular manner, 40 mm thick, milled, with the required sealing tapes
Flooring: Floor frame made from mortised squared timber with dovetail joint, boiler-pressure impregnated if required, blind board paper or foil, perlite filling approx. 11 cm high, floor boards groove and spring 24 mm thick, water-proof composite boards in the bathroom and hall and kitchen, if any, 25 mm thick, tiles to be provided on site or will be provided on request. Total floor construction approx. 145 mm high.
Ceiling above the ground floor: Round wood beams made from dried rounded trunks, flattened at the top, clean-integrated in the walls, incl. sealing tapes if required, floor construction: Visible ceiling formwork made from tongue and groove boards 19 mm, leakage protection paper or foil, wood fibre boards 6 mm, sound absorption panels 50 mm, Pavatherm insulation boards with strip-like battens 40 mm, floor boards tongue and groove 24 mm, if required water-proof composite boards, 25 mm thick in the bathroom, tiles to be provided on site or on request. Total floor construction approx. 140 mm high.
Roof truss: Gable roof approx. 20° roof angle, ridge and rafter as well as rafter intermediate blocks made from dried rounded woods, clean-integrated in the walls including the required sealing tapes (rafters made from squared timber on request approx. 1.5% surcharge on the set price)
Roof: Roof board 19 mm groove and springboards, incl. the required sealing tapes, 1 layer of roofing sheet, roof insulation with wood fibre insulation 182 mm thick, 2 layers 80 mm and insulation plate, compensation waler, counter lath and roof batten, boiler-pressure impregnated or larch natural, barge boards and gutter boards, clay roof tiles including barge tiles and ridge tiles, natural red or pale grey
Gutter: Wooden gutter 210 mm ø boiler-pressure impregnated, incl. hand-forged galvanised bracket Gutter 160 mm on request (price reduction)
Doors: High-quality spruce doors made in the carpenter’s workshop, sheeted on both sides, inner door with panel, stable linings, incl. the required sealing tapes
Windows and terrace doors: High-quality spruce windows made in the carpentry and doors with cross bars, heat protection glass and spruce folding shutters, where illustrated, incl. stable linings as well as the required sealing tapes.
Balcony: Larch floor boards 25 or 35 mm thick (according to the beam distance); railing rails and staves made from round wood, bored in (if required, holes can be painted with a special colour before the installation)
Stairs: High-quality stairs made in the carpentry from native spruce wood with handrail and railing
Fixing material: Continuous threaded rods, screws, nails, window shutter retainers
