Structural description of holiday homes: Rounded trunk assembly kit: Outer walls and partitions made from air-dried, if required, kiln-post-dried, winter-fallen native spruce trunks, with our patent-protected longitudinal and corner joints, incl. all holes for inserting electric cables and threaded rods as well as the required sealing tapes. For all the door and window openings, 40 mm thick T-boards are vertically milled, incl. the required sealing tapes. Flooring: Floor frame made from mortised squared timber with dovetail joint, boiler-pressure impregnated or natural larch, blind floor boards: blind floor board paper or foil between the beams, perlite filling approx. 10 cm high, floor groove and springboards 24 mm thick, sandwich panels in the shower upon request 25 mm thick, tiles on-site or on request. Porch flooring larch boards or boiler-pressure impregnated boards 25 mm thick. Sleeping platform above the rooms at the back: Beams of dried rounded trunks flattened at the top, clean-integrated in the walls, incl. the required sealing tapes, floor groove and springboards 24 mm, round wood handrails, 1 wooden ladder Roof truss: Gable roof approx. 18° roof angle, ridge and rafter made from dried rounded woods, clean-integrated in the walls including the required sealing tapes (rafters made from squared timber on request approx. 1.5% surcharge on the set price) Roof: Roof board 19 mm groove and springboards, incl. the required sealing tapes, 1 layer of roofing sheet, roof insulation 100 mm, optional wood fibre insulation 122 mm, compensation waler, counter lath and roof batten, boiler-pressure impregnated or larch natural, barge boards and gutter boards, clay roof tiles including barge tiles and ridge tiles, natural red or pale grey. Gutter: Wooden gutter 160 mm ø boiler-pressure impregnated, incl. hand-forged galvanised bracket (gutter 210 mm on request) Doors: High-quality spruce doors made in the carpenter’s workshop, sheeted on both sides, inner doors with lining, incl. stable linings, incl. the required sealing tapes Windows: High-quality spruce windows and doors made in the carpenter’s workshop with cross bars, heat protection glass and folding shutters made from spruce, with stable linings as well as the required sealing tapes. Fixing material: Continuous threaded rods, screws, nails, window shutter retainers If you wish you can procure the roofing slabs and floor and roof insulation from your building material supplier according to our parts list.
