We manufacture your blockhouse as per your wishes and requirements. We plan according to your individual needs, taking into account the special features of wooden blockhouse construction. You can select from a wide range of wood diameters.
We help you in the right selection of wood and ensure a thoughtful and careful processing during the fabrication. After the peeling of the bark and the first quality check, the woods are given a heart cut, dried on stacks for at least 1-3 years, depending upon their thickness, post-dried in our drying chambers. After drying, the wood is sorted out again. Only then are they sent ahead for the final processing.
The longitudinal and corner joints, which are very important, are milled to precision on special machines. In inhabited houses, additional milling grooves are made for countersunk sealing tapes. All the holes for power and installation lines as well as threaded rods are drilled to precision.
