Assembly kit

If you have technical knowledge, you can also set up your summer blockhouse or tool shed yourself with the help of our assembly manual. We will deliver your blockhouse to the planned destination. If you wish, we can provide a carpenter to assist you.

Assembly with supervision

If you want to build a big blockhouse yourself, it is

recommended that you take the assistance of a master carpenter or an experienced carpenter of our company, at least till the roof truss is set up. We will deliver your blockhouse to the planned destination. You can also obtain building material such as flooring, roof insulation and roof tiles from a building material supplier in your neighbourhood.

Weatherproof assembly – Final assembly

Many blockhouses fabricated by us are set up by our experienced carpenters. You can select from different construction phases e.g. without windows and doors, without roof covering etc. up to complete final assembly.

Two employees of our company delivered the blockhouse and assisted in the construction process for two days. The remaining work was completed by the building owner and his diligent assistants.

Important during round trunk construction: Sealing tapes must be laid carefully

As far as possible, the round beams must be installed in a precisely perpendicular manner

The round wood walls are built to this level and threaded rods are inserted

After tightening the threaded rods slightly, the walls are once again aligned in a precisely perpendicular manner. Only after doing this, the threaded rods are tightened completely

Roof boards are fixed. Here too, the sealing tapes must be clean-milled and then inserted.

Summer house 16 cm trunk thickness, 3 m x 3 m. Set up by technically skilled building owners themselves. Houses of this size are often constructed using round trunks with a thickness of 11 cm.

This hunting and mountain lodge with a trunk thickness of 21 cm at a height of 1400m was set up by the two owners of a hunting ground and the hunters themselves. Our master carpenter assisted them only for 3 days, till the roof truss was set up
